About me:
I was born in Truro, Nova Scotia. I moved to Charlottetown, PE when I was 19 to attend the Culinary Institute of Canada. I graduated with honours in 2003. I moved to Glasgow Scotlan in june 2005. I have worked for the Ubiquitous Chip for the past year or so. It is considered a traditionally Scottish restaurant....though it's really not. Also considered to be one of the top restaurants in the city. I am the pastry chef there. Pastry is my life.

Cashew Chicken with Water Chestnuts

A very good recipe. Feel free to add or subtract ingredients depending on your taste. I served this on top of thin Japanese egg noodles and it was a hit!
